	- The web application was moved from the original web hosting provider to EasyStreet during the month of August, 2013. The move was done to reduce security concerns.
	- Each AHEC Region will receive user training during September and early October. The user training plan is located here.
	- A conference call, hosted by Don Skinner, was done Sept. 17. It focused on identifying database process concerns and development priorities.
	- A work group has completed a HRSA Report and and HRSA Aggregate Report. The Program Office will provide feedback on any additional tweaks that are necessary.
	- As the database gets used bugs are being identified and fixed. Users are also generating ideas on ways to improve the efficiency and the usefulness of the web application.
New Feature Highlights:
	Participation Focus:	A custom "participation" focus has been added to the search feature. This will be very useful for listing students who participated in AHEC programs. Ideally, year end participation reports can be pulled directly from the database using this powerful reporting feature.
	Event Focus:	A custom "event" focus has been added to the search feature. It can be used for listing the program events conducted by the AHEC regional offices with their associated participation counts.
	Funding Focus:	A custom "funding" focus has been added to the search feature. It can be used for listing the funding allocated to program events conducted by the AHEC regional offices with their associated participation counts.
	Registration Rework:	The registration feature was completely reworked to better filter the program event and student lists to improve user efficiency. A bulk register feature was also added which allows users to register an entire list of students with one click.
	HRSA Alignment:	Two global reports have been implemented in AHEC Tracker for reporting individual student participation and program aggregate information. Reports were patterned after the 2012-13 HRSA Report Template distributed by the Oregon AHEC Program Office. HRSA Sample
	My Events:	A "My Events" link has been added to the link bar giving instructors quick access to the data they need most.
	Student Registration Form:	Students can now register themselves for a program event. This eliminates the need to manually enter student data from paper applications, saving an extraordinary amount of clerical time.
